Returns & Refund Policy

1. Policy Overview

Each doll crafted at Biblical Babies is individually painted, weighted, and assembled by hand. Because our dolls are unique artistic creations, we ask customers to inspect their package immediately upon delivery.

This policy details the circumstances under which returns, replacements, and refunds are offered, along with instructions on how to initiate a return request.

2. Defective or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging and preparing every reborn baby. However, if your doll arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its product listing:

• Notification Window: You must notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving the package.
• Assessment: Returns for defective or faulty items will be fully considered upon reviewing the details of the issue.
• Required Information: Please provide your name, order reference or purchase details, a clear description of the defect, and photographs of the damage/defect and shipping box.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for an approved return:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• All original accessories (clothing, dummy/pacifier, blanket, certificate of authenticity, etc.) must be included in the return package.
• Returns will not be accepted for damage caused by improper handling, intentional modification, or normal wear and tear after delivery.

4. How to Request a Return

1. Contact Us: Email us at syls777@aol.com or fill out our online Contact Form.
2. Wait for Authorization: Once we review your request and photos, we will provide instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
3. Package Securely: Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all included documentation and accessories.

5. Return Shipping Postage

• Defective or Faulty Items: If a return is accepted due to a product defect, damage in transit, or seller error, Biblical Babies will cover the return postage cost (or reimburse tracked return shipping upon receipt).
• Non-Defective Returns: Returns for change of mind or non-defective reasons (where approved) will require the buyer to pay for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service with insurance.

6. Refunds & Processing Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• We will send you an email confirmation confirming receipt of the package.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.
• Depending on your card issuer or payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to post to your statement.
