Nursery Care Guide

Caring for Your Reborn Baby

Every Biblical Baby is a handcrafted work of art designed to bring comfort and realism. Just like a real newborn, your doll requires gentle care to preserve their hand-painted skin, delicate hair, and weighted structure. Use our comprehensive guide below to learn how.

Proper Handling & Articulation

👶

Always Support the Head

Reborn babies are weighted internally to simulate a real baby's weight distribution. Because their heads are heavy, they will flop back naturally. Always place a hand behind their neck and head when picking up or holding them.

👐

Scoop from Underneath

Never lift or carry the doll by their arms, legs, head, or clothing. Doing so puts excessive weight on the joints, vinyl connections, or soft fabric seams and can lead to damage. Scoop them up using both hands beneath their bottom and shoulders.

Moving Limbs & Joints

If your baby has a cloth body with rotating vinyl limbs, rotate them slowly and gently. Never force limbs to turn if you feel resistance, as this could tear the cable ties, damage the inner connector rings, or wear out the joint lining.
